Mirrored pell work

Jason brought this drill to Krae Glas training last night

Drill: Two people stand on opposite sides of a pell. One person is leading. The leading person throws a shot. The other person attempts to land exactly the same shot on the pell as quickly as possible, ideally the shots should land a fraction of a second apart.

Purpose: To help the person following to anticipate shots from early indicators (opponent's body position etc.). To alert the person leading as to whch shots are being telegraphed.
